SISU is a unique Finnish concept that describes a stoic resilience, determination and hardiness considered to be necessary to face the difficulties of life in general and of life in harsh conditions in particular.To the Finnish people, SISU has a mystical, almost magical meaning. This Finnish term that can be roughly translated into English as strength of will, determination, perseverance, and acting rationally in the face of adversity. SISU isn’t momentary courage, but the power to sustain that courage to see something through.I hope TOGETHER WE find your SISU!
